hello I have recently started the oxycise program and I love it. Still confused on how to get the things I want to say in the areas where they are to be, Im hoping someone out there can help me on that part.
I have started to see a loss in weight, and a bit of toning. i do 30 reps a day and am ready to start on the 2nd. week of the work out.Love to read about what is happening. Maybe once i get this figured out how to use the chat room etc. I will be able to respond some. |

Welcome! It took me a little while to figure out where to post,too. If you go to the 3rd line in the message room, it says "Daily Support and Accountability". Most of us post messages there daily- someone usually starts the day with the subject "D2L pals" D2L stands for "determined to lose" So go there and post a message when you can! Anywhere else also works. I'm so glad you are having great results already!
