I have only done the beginner tape 3 times. It seems so slow. Does anyone else have this problem? I have 20 pounds to lose and I jump from one new fad to the other. Does this thing really work?
I just started 8 days ago, Bettyboop. I started out with the intro tape and took 3 days of 30 reps to get down the breath (pretty much anyway). I then did the L1 tape 3 more times the first week. I lost a total of 1 1/4" and about a 1/2 lb although I didn't cut back on the eating part. I have about 10-15 lbs to lose but I mostly want to firm up and work on my waist. I'm happy about my early results.
