Hi! I'm new to the chat room and a returning user to Oxycise. I used O about 5 yrs ago, but started walking and doing weight watchers all at the same time and successfully lost 30lbs. But since then, I had gotten divorced, changed jobs and now just recently remarried and have found that I had gained the 30 back plus some. Now, as you can guess, I did not stay faithful to Oxycise. Of course, I didn't stay faithflu to WW or walking either. In fact, every time I started to gain a few pounds, I would try traditional exercise and tried WW again, but could not stick with it. Too Rigid!! So I found my O intro tape and but couldn't find anything else; not my commter tape or book or level 1. So, I ordered the new DVD's and am just practicing w/ the intro and will faithfully do the routine when they arrive. I hope to add my story to the Success Story forum soon!!!! Thanks for listening!!!!!!

Hi Rebecca,

I'm new also, this is my second week. Come post on the daily thread....lots of support there.

I also had the tape for years and I never did it but a few times. I am going to do it 6days/wk now and maybe more....I love it and really starting to get the hang of the breathing.

We will be traveling tomorrow and I found my commuter tape so I am all set.

Hope to see you on the daily thread.

Phyllis

Hi Rebecca

It's nice to see you here. I'm glad you decided to come back to O!. I bet you wonder why you ever quit! I know after a few days I start feeling horrible and have to do my routine. Sometimes I have to find the time and it's always worth it. I'm sorry you gained your weight back but you know the routine and knowing how WW works you can always implement that too by charting your intake. We're big fans of drinking lots of water too, so try that as well.
Good luck and post with us on D2L. It's nice to have you here.
