How is everyone? I'm Melissa and I just got my package in the mail a few nights ago. Last night, I went through the 40 minute "how to" tape and today ... I'm embarrassed to say, I'm sore! Eek

Has anyone else experienced this? Am I THATout of shape? Oh, goodness, I hope not!

Please let me know what your experiences have been!

I can't wait to really get started!

Melissa

Welcome to Oxycise and to the message board. Yes, I've experienced soreness with Oxycise.... especially when I haven't done a tape for awhile and my body isn't use to those positions. Just keep at it and you will get use to it.

We have a great group here that will provide you with lots of support and encouragement. Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) O!Pals thread each day!

A little sore is good.... Wink that means you are using muscles you haven't used for a while...!!! Big Grin YEAH....!!!

Just check over the "how to" video and make sure you are doing the breathing and positions right...It usuaually takes a week or so to feel comfortable with oxycise...it is so new to your body when you first start. The first few times I did it I felt a bit light headed...my body had been so deprived of Oxygen for so long....!!! Eek

Be sue to read some of the older posts here....you will learn alot about Oxycise ( O !) from what others say here.

Oxycise is not a quick fix....It takes time and consistancy with O ! to reach your goal. Along with a reasonable eating habits....not over eating...Do these things and do you O ! everyday and you will meet your goals.

I have lost 7 pounds and 7 inches with Oxycise in two months...!!!! Big Grin

It just plain WORKS...!! Join us at the Daily Accountability section for D2L.... Smile

God Bless you as you start your O !...you have made a great choice....!!!

Hi Melissa!

Welcome, you've found a great place!

This is a great workout, I haven't been able to O! for a little over a month due to a back injury and when I started again this past weekend I was so sore I could barely sit down b/c the muscles in the back of my legs hurt so much!!!

That's definitely a good thing though b/c you it's proof that this is working!

Good luck with O!

Sandy
