Hi all,
So glad that I have found this forum. I saw BF years ago and even ordered it. Watched one of the tapes and thought it was so ridiculous I never even tried it...lol I saw Jill on TV a couple of weeks ago and for some reason, I decided to order her program. After watching her tapes several times, I finally did the Level 1 workout all the way through this morning. Being as uncoordinated as I am, I felt like a dork (thank goodness I was alone! lol) But I did break a sweat and feel a bit sore so I am pretty sure I did something right. <g> I will be 40 in September and am determined to start my life over at that point. Major life changes coming in the next couple of months and I will be rewarding myself with my first ever trip to Hawaii. I decided that the only way for me to survive turning the big "4-0" was to be on a beach in Hawaii when that happens..lol I have 4 kids and need to get back control of how I look. I need to lose 25 pounds, 35 would be great, but 25 I can live with. I did the Somersize plan last year and lost all the weight with no excersise in just 12 weeks. I fell off the wagon and here we are again with my extra weight. Hi Rosemary,
I started Oxycise not too long ago also, I have children and go to school full time, I am 33. I started doing the O seriously at the end of April during finals week, let me tell you its not just losing weight but I feel good. My brain just loves the oxygen that I get, and I feel energy, during those tests I really felt ready for them by oxycising in the morning before getting to school. Another part I like is that my skin feels tighter, not flappy when I have lost other times Ive lost a few pounds, I feel like I am younger. Great program, I love to breath! |

Welcome Rosemary! Glad to have you here! Sounds like you've got a great plan figured out! I'm sure you'll do great! Enjoy Hawaii...have been there and it's absolutely everything you think it will be!

Hi Rosemary! Welcome to Oxycise! I Oxycise 6 days a week and it's become a regular part of my routine. It really does make you feel great!

Hi Rosemary,
Welcome to Oxycise! I haven't been doing Oxycise for too long but am already seeing the benefits and have made it a regular part of my day. I try to do a workout at least once a day (sometimes twice) 6 or 7 days a week. The people on the board are great, good support and helps you keep accountable by knowing that others know what you're doing. Good luck! Melinka |

Thanks you guys!! Hoping to look good in a bikini again. At my age and after 4 kids that's a heck of alot to ask...lol I will be checking back here lots tho!!!
