Since my last pregnancy (16 years ago) I've not been successful at anything other than gaining weight. I've wasted so much money, and spent so much time. I'm humiliated by the way I look, and scared by the way I feel -- I feel very old, and sometimes am disappointed when I wake up in the morning. I have ca. 60-75 pounds to lose, and it seems so impossible now. I'm almost 50.

Hi Jan! Welcome to the Oxycise! Message Board. Have you heard of Oxycise! before or did you just "happen" on this site?

If you'll read some of the testimonials on the homepage for Oxycise! you'll see that it IS possible to lose weight this way....at any point in life. You'll also see that Oxycise! provides many more benefits besides weight-loss. (added energy, stronger nails, clearer skin, just feeling better in general...to name a few)

If you decide to try the Oxycise! program, you will find this to be a great place for support and encouragement....and to keep you accountable.

Hope you'll decide to give it a try!

Hello Jan and welcome aboard. I second everything Kelly said Smile.

I know exactly how you feel. Once the metabolism starts to slow down it's so easy to pile on the pounds. Give Oxycise! a try and cut your portions of food. I think you might find a happy ending to the madness Wink

Visit us on the D2L (determined to lose) thread for more support.

Welcome from me, too! I hope you'll try Oxycise and have great results! I was 46 when I started, and lost 68 pounds in one year. You can do it too!

I just found out about oxycise. And I'm a little skeptical. I tried the body flex before and it didn't do anything for me. If oxycise is based on the same principle, will it work for me?

Not having done Body Flex myself, I'm not really qualified to answer this. However, from various posts I've read, some people have said that the Oxycise breath is easier to master (and more comfortable) than the BF breath. That might help you to have more favorable results from Oxycise. Others like both programs and enjoy using one in the morning and the other at night. I can attest to the fact that O! has worked well for me and many others on here.

Good luck on your decision!

I have used both programs and personally I think Oxycise! wins hands down. Why? I find it easier to do thus I will do it...simple! Bodyflex makes me vomit if I have anything in my stomach which rules out doing it anytime other than first thing in the morning, which is not convenient.

Just stick with it and feel the difference!

Ciao ciao,
Nancy
