Hi All!
I did my first oxycizing last night! And I could feel it this morning when I woke up! Very impressive! I really didn't have a weight problem growing up. Now at 44, I'm 100 lbs overweight, I don't like heavy duty arobics and I'm such a busy person with a full time job, 3 kids and a husband. I don't like long exercise programs. Oxycise has got to be it. I just need to take the time to do it everyday, or at least 6 times a week. I hope you all will help to support me. I will try to do the same. Hi Cherie! I hate long exercise routines, too! I don't have great knees and ankles (I can thank the Army for that!) so I can't do a lot of aerobic workouts, but I found that the Walk away the Pound tapes are easy for me to do! So I do those as well as O! And now I have started to add my 15 minute quick toning buns/abs/thighs, etc of steel videos. I'd love to look how I did way back when I was in basic training. (of course that was 9 years and a couple kids ago, so I'll take what I can get!)
