Hi, Well, back at it again. I really need to commit and it is a new year, so when better to start. I am 5 foot 3 inches and weigh about 143. My goal is about 120. My first mini goal is 135. I have also started Weight Watchers, and was wondering how you calculate Oxycise is it light or moderate? I have been calcualting it as moderate. Does that sound accurate? Hope so. Well, I am excited to be back. I hope to stay for good this time. I am excited to really commit and see what results I am capable of with this program. I never really gave it a chance before. Any support or advice is welcomed. Thanks!
Hi Tama! Welcome back! I'd say it's moderate...do you ever break a sweat while doing the exercises? If you're putting all you can into it, then I'd say moderate for sure.

I've wondered about you! And so glad you're back. I'd also call it moderate. I think Weight Watchers really does have a good plan. I've used it in the past and it helped me, especially because a friend and I went together. Good luck! Stick with us!
Hi, Thank you all very much for your welcome. JD I remember you also, you were a big help last time. I just switched to another program actually many others since last time. The main one was Slim in 6 but got nowhere w/ it. Oh well. I am back hopefully for good. Thanks all for the WW info also. I did sweat doing it last night so I agree moderate is probably accurate.
