Hi Everyone

I would like to introduce myself.

I will be starting my O! today. I've posted in the GOALS section.

I am a 60+ wife and grandmother. I spent most of my life being a caretaker and sounding board for everyone else but me. I have a wonderful husband and great kids, but, sometimes, I feel like the character in the movie "Bruce Almighty" trying to help everyone but me. Now it's my turn.

I currently take meds for clinical depression, high cholestral and hypertension. I need to get all of that under control, and, I WILL.

I very much look forward to the loving support
and guidance given here. I, in turn, hope to be an inspiration and source of hope to others some day.

Hello Day and welcome aboard. I'm happy to see you are finally doing something for yourself.

I can tell you that with O! you will feel so much better. Some lose weight and inches fast and some of us (me) are slow losers but I won't stop this program because I feel better, sleep better and my aches and pains are gone. I think you can get it all under control, just stick with it and give it your all.

Hi Day Dream Believer....oh what would our world be like without people like you? My sister is very much the same type of person and she suffers terribly physically because she tries to take care of everyone else. I am so happy for you that you have decided to put you first...that means you will be with the people that love you so much longer. I'm a Grammy too! I want to be able to see my grand babies have their own families....I honestly beleive this program (God willing) will get me there. Thanks for sharing.
