I recently ordered the beginning set and just started the breathing yesterday. I am older, hypothyroid and gained my weight from eating too many carbs. I am back on my low carb plan again, which should help.

I noticed from doing the breathing alone that I slept better last night. I do have some questions, having not done the rest of the program yet. First, how much can you lose by breathing alone?

Second, how long do you exercise? I'm pretty busy, work full time and have extended hours at times so I don't really have a lot more time than the 15 minutes daily. Can you take off weight and inches doing the program 15 minutes a day and can you fit a level program into 15 minutes a day?

Welcome to the message board, Choco! I'm not sure about some of your questions. I know you CAN lose just doing the breathing, but the positions really do help with toning.

I've always just done O! once a day (about 15-20 minutes), 6 days a week and had good results. You can check out my info on page 17 of the "Smiles of Success".

OMGosh, I just looked at your photos on smiles of success, kelly. That weight loss makes you look young enough to be the daughter of the woman (you) in the first photo. You really got a lot of benefit from your work. Very motivating.

I appreciate your responses to my questions as well. I intend to start the level 1 as soon as I have time to look at that tape. I started the breathing yesterday and will do it daily this week. I also got the car tape, which I can do now that I know how to do the breathing.
