hi ladies,
been quite a while since last posted...now it's the new year and i'm trying to get started back with O...anyways, i've been somersizing since feb. of 2007 and lost 48lbs. going from a size 18 to a size 6! i'm now at my first goal weight of 125lbs. i'd like to lose about 10 but no more than 15 more lbs. i'm very small at only 4ft. 10in. so i'd feel a little better if i lost a tad more weight...i did O religiously for months this past summer but, got sick in november with a stomach bug and with the holidays never started back...but, i at least lost about 8lbs. over the holidays...anyways, i'm really trying to get off my duff and start O back...is it good for firming...after 3 kiddos everything hangs south on me and i need quite a lift now that i've lost all the weight. also, wondered if any of you ladies out there are familiar with life lift...it's another breathing technique...unsure about it...can't find much on it...but, i'm very satisfied with O...just wondering...any info on the firming and toning would be great...thanks so much...

Hi! ..and welcome back!

I think Oxycise! does a good job with lifting and toning. As for "life lift", I know there are a few folks who have tried the program, but don't remember what they said about it. If you'll choose the search option under "Find" in the pull-down menu....type in life lift to see the posts that have mentioned it. Be sure to uncheck the option that will only search the current forum (you want to search the entire site). Maybe that will provide you with some answers.

Hey welcome back crazy mom of 3! I remember you from before. Wow glad you had such good luck with Somersizing. I tried it before but it just did not seem to work for me for some reason. I just love to watch Suzanne Somers though. I think she is just a hoot. Ever see her on HSN when she is on. She makes me laugh. That woman has a lot going for her.

You have done amazing things. good luck toning up. Kelly is right. I noticed firming instantly with Oxy! See you around the board again.
