I'm from Puerto Rico, I'm 45 years old. I have the tapes now for a long time and I confess I have not used them until now. I started Monday, why? Because I went to the doctor, I used to weigh 145 lbs and now I weigh 153 lbs, I just couldn't believe my eyes. I need help! I need lots of help!. As I said before I started My O's, I feel sore all over! is this normal?
I promise I will keep on with the program, in three weeks I have to return to my doctor- I will post here my weight again. I really hope I lose some weight. I will be very happy if I return to 145lbs again.

Hi Nerucha and welcome to Oxycise! If you haven't done any exercise recently, I think it would be normal for you to experience some soreness. You're probably using some muscles you haven't used in a while.
It's good to have you with us and I hope you enjoy your Oxycise!

Hello, Just when I was getting so excited about exercising, I get a very bad cold. It's hard to do the breathing exercises when all I get is icky stuff running from my nose! This week I was really drained, the good thing is is I got over it quickly....bad news is got it back from husband! I have been watching what I eat this week, that seems to be helping, I did crave pop though, seems like it "melts" the crud sitting in my throat. Thanks a lot in being supportive, before I think I would have made an excuse to quit again.
