I bit the bullet & ordered the tapes tonight. I was hesitant because the only thing that worked in the past was hours of intense exercise a week & a low fat 1200 cal. diet. I can't live that way. I just don't have the energy anymore to do all that. That's why I know I can do 15 min. 2x daily. I hope it works for me.

You'll do just fine! Be patient with yourself, watch that instructional tape and be sure to ask us if you have any questions.

I went from a 16/18 to a 10/12 with Oxycise in about 6 months, so believe me, it DOES work!!
