Hi, I'm a 49 yr-old self-employed mom who has tried everything. I've recently lost 5 lbs. sweating hard and lifting weights. I am excited that Oxycise will give me the metabolic boost I need to drop faster. I teach Irish step-dancing and although it is strenuous and high-impact I still have trouble keeping the weight off. I work designing and sewing Irish step-dancing costumes and it is hard to keep on an exercise schedule when you have deadlines to meet. I imagine I can do O while I sit at my sewing machine. I read through the book today and practiced the basic technique and I plan on using the first video tomorrow.

Currently I am at 170# and 5'6". I have never used a chat site before, but I really need the support and accountability. Can you guys help me out?

Hi Claire...welcome to Oxycise! The message board is easy to catch on to...I'm sure you won't have any trouble.

If you look in the "support and accountability" section of the board each day, you'll see a thread with the word "D2L" in it. That stands for "determined to lose" and is where many of us post each day to stay accountable and to get and give encouragement. All you have to do is click on "reply" at the bottom of the last post and you'll be able to join right in.
