Hi,
I am new again, I feel off on vacation and after for a while. I am doing the New Me program and trying to lose weight. I need to! I am 5'3" and an unhealthy 146 LBS. I didnt lose much last time I tried Oxycise. Has anyone lost w/out doing other workouts also? How much? Any advice or tips are welcome! Thanks! |

Hi Tama! Yes, I lost 44 pounds the first year I did Oxycise (and no other exercise). I made some radical changes in my eating that year (went vegetarian), but still ate lots of things I enjoyed that I had always thought of as "fattening" before (such as cheese, eggs, avocados, etc). I think the real key to weight-loss with Oxycise is to be consistent and to eat sensibly (portion control!).

I don't know how long you've done Oxycise, or what kind of eating plan you use, but I know that for myself, and I think for everyone else, that you just MUST be consistent for results and eat sensible portions, just like Kelly said. I don't use any other exercise program, and only do one Oxycise workout per day, usually 5 or 6 days a week. I've lost 62 pounds in 9 months.
It takes COMMITMENT to make life changes! Sometimes we need others to help us stay committed, and that's why the gals on this board are such great help to each other. We all want everyone here to have great results! What is the New Me program? Do they have a website? Hope you take hold of the key, and really commit, and have wonderful results!!!
