I started O!ing about a year ago--went strong for two weeks, lost a couple inches or so, and then backed off. Since then I was on again/off again. Exercise of any form has always been a real weak spot with me. But lately, I wanted to get back to O!ing as a way of life. I've read so much on the net and heard so much through the years about the benefits of deep-breathing.

I recently ordered the first of the EDI series and am ordering 3 more tapes tomorrow. Am enjoying getting back to breathing and I love this new forum. I tell people about Oxycise practically eveywhere I go!

You'll find I really appreciate good health and will input on health issues/websites as able. Hope to "see" you all around!

Hi Katherine,

I just wanted to say WELCOME! I'm new here myself but everyone has been terrific. I'm hoping to liven this board up!

The EDI series is really great. I have EDI2 and I really like it. I like that I can spread my workout into three parts (with ease) and/or I can do it all at once. I like not having to crawl around on the floor. It goes at a slower pace and since I'm just begining I find this REALLY the best part.

Hope you like it and keep on posting!
Tracey~

Thanks, Tracey

Yes, EDI2 is one of the three I just ordered. I have weak knees and can't put a lot of pressure on them, so I'm enjoying the EDI as well. It's a nice, moderate pace and I still get a comprehensive workout. (And I LOVE being able to lie on my bed and do some of the session--instead of lying in the floor!)

Nice to hear from you,
Katherine

O! is something I can stick to because it doesn't take that much time. I was amazed at the results. Its hard to believe it works.
