Okay, my name is Darla Sue! I have started Oxycising before but I didn't stick to it. There is no good reason I quit other than the fact I am LAZY. This is a part of myself I would like to change; which will be a hard part of myself to turn around 'cause as far back as I remember I have been lazy. So starting Monday (tomorrow) morning I plan to make some changes for the better.

Hi Darlasue,I want to welcome you back to doing O,we all have to be in that place to be ready to know this is the time where we mean to put ourself first, give yourself that little time everyday to do your Oing and you will get there,some weeks you may have lost weight or inches,some weeks you won't have lost anything,that is the test,keep going,it is going to be more then worth it,good luck,dyfed.

Hi Darlasue: Welcome back to Oing. Just take it one day at a time like the rest of us. Pick your time you want to exercise and do it at the same time daily. Day by day is all it takes. We all have our weak moments, but just don't make them last. We are all here for you.

Hi Darla Sue,

Welcome back. I know you can do it. Please join us on the D2L thread. It has really helped me to stay accountable to others. Even if it is just to pop in and say I did it. There are always people there who are great at encouraging.

Something I learned from some of the others is to put stars or happy faces on a calander when you have O'd. It may sound silly, but it is always there staring you in the face. Eek It's wonderful to see the calander fill up and know you have exercised!! Big Grin

Boy do I know laziness Darla Sue! Should be my middle name. It's difficult at times to get past it and motivate yourself. BUT...those days you do are so worth it, you want to do it again and again because you feel so good.
