Hello,

I just ordered my videos and anxiously waiting for their arrival in the mail. I've read so many wonderful postings in the forums and am amazed at the constant results that people are receiving.

I'm a Consultant and spend a lot of time on the road, which makes it very difficult to eat and exercise properly. I was looking "once again" for something that I could do while on the road and I came across O!.

I found the breathing tips that were posted by Julie and will practice those until my videos arrive.

I need to lose 30 lbs and firm up every part of my body. I'm also hoping that O! assists with hot flashes so that I can substitute O! for the estrogen medication. I strongly feel that I have finally found the right exercise that I can continously use for a lifetime.

One of my future goals is to become so good with the O! techniques that I may one day become a certified instructor of O!. I realize that may be a long ways off, but it's always good to have a dream and goal that is attainable.

I'm sure that I will receive a lot of support from all of you and looking forward to great relationships.

Have a great week O!ing.

Gina

Welcome, Gina!

I also think O! is great for travel. I don't travel much, but when I do, I love being able to continue oxycising. The commuter cd is great to have, too. I feel sure you can reach your goals! I also want to be an O! instructor when I grow up.

Keep on breathing! Jennifer

Hi Gina! I'm glad you found Oxycise and the message board. It really is a versatile program that you can take anywhere. I recently went on vacation for about 10 days and didn't have to miss any of my workouts. It's great!

I look forward to seeing you around.

Hi Gina,
Welcome to the group! This is such a friendly, supportive bunch of women and you can expect to get lots of encouragement. I've only been doing this since March but I've grown to really appreciate having warm, friendly and caring people around me already.

Happy o'ing!

Lucinda

Hello (Sunserai) "Gina",

Thanks for your e-mail message regarding one of my posts that really spoke to you spiritually. Which one was it...??? I have several posts here that are from a few months back. So glad it helped....We ALL need encouragement from time to time. Getting our hearts in tune to God is so important. Please let me know if I can help to answer any of your questions. I have been on and off the forum here the last few months, but I will be checking back more regularly.

Thanks for the note....Always nice to hear that I have encouraged someone in their spiritual walk.

Have a great one...!!!

I want to thank all of you for welcoming me aboard. I finally received my tapes on Thursday and have focusing on making sure that I am breathing and sniffing correctly. I believe that I've got this pretty much mastered.

Today, I'm going to do the L1 tape and that will let me know for sure whether or not I have the breathing technique down.

I do have one question. Do all of you breathe through your nose or does anyone breathe through their mouth?

Gina

hi, Gina! I breathe through my nose, unless I'm stuffed up. Then I breathe through my mouth.
