Hello to my healthy new support team

I am 'twenty something' I am only 5'1
I take lo-ovral birthcontrol pills, and vitamins
and I say all this,
as I have been struggling with being overweight
and I just have a lot of fat all over my body
( I don't understand why, cause I do not eat mass amount of food, and I exercise
step aerobics, walking, swimming in the summer)

I eat pretty well, I am not doing atkins, but I do watch my carbs, eating whole wheat bread vs wonder bread.

I stop eating before bedtime some days 4 hours prior some 2 hours...

I am grateful to oxycise for the program
and of course the support, this avenue to get more encourgement

and advice, info

My goal is to lose 30 pounds of fat
and I broke it down
to I would really like to lose 8 pounds of fat by the end of May
I hope oxycise will help, and I know it will help with my stress
at least help me to be positive

Hi Soontobethin -

Don't know if you'll find this to be encouraging or not but I hope so. I'm much older than you, 5 feet tall and, based on your other post, "rounder" as well so want/need to get rid of MORE fat!

We're all on our own path and I truly believe that O! will help. Good luck to you and stay positive!

Hi Soontobe-
I have to say one thing that helped me was keeping a food journal. You have to write down every single thing you put in your mouth with approx calories. This was a rude awakening for me!! Eventhough I "thought" I was eating well I wasn't. I think to lose weight you have to keep under 1500 calories, which is not a lot of food, hope this helps. Sue
