You need to get your tape back from your friend, you are missing out on the fun! Buns and Thighs I is a very good tape but I suggest you work with L1 for awhile then move on. That's my 2 cents. Jeans |

welcome from me, too! Do you have the book? I don't think buns n thighs is too hard, but level 1 is great because it works you all over, including that area. if you have the book, you could do level 1 from it. Congratulations on your success! Could your friend "lend" the tape to you?
