Hello Everyone!
I have been Oing for almost 3 months but have never posted before. I got the level 1 and commuter tape special around the middle of April but have only got to use the commuter tape because I lent everything else to my friends who were amazed at my success and wanted to try O too! I have been amazed at what just 15 minutes of breathing in the car on the way to work can do for my body! I am wondering though - my worst areas are my hips and thighs and the commuter tape just touches on these areas. Would I be wise to get a copy of the buns and thighs tape to supplement with? I have never got to master level one since I lent it out shortly after I got it so would it be too hard for me to jump up to the buns and thighs tape when I haven't got that down yet? Also - how often do the specials change on the website? I would love to get a two for one special and get the abs tape to!!

You need to get your tape back from your friend, you are missing out on the fun! Wink
Buns and Thighs I is a very good tape but I suggest you work with L1 for awhile then move on. That's my 2 cents.

welcome from me, too! Do you have the book? I don't think buns n thighs is too hard, but level 1 is great because it works you all over, including that area. if you have the book, you could do level 1 from it. Congratulations on your success! Could your friend "lend" the tape to you? Wink Good luck!
