Hello all,

I have been lurking around this board for quite some time. Today, however, I decided it was time to post. I have been oxycising now for about a month with the exception of the last week. I have had a stuffy nose and can't breathe right now. That makes me so mad!!!! Anywho, I have oxycised before but wasn't very faithful to it, I admit, and did not lose anything. This time around, I decided its time to get serious, as I am getting married in about 9 months and have about 30 pounds to lose. I did not measure this time around (I know, I know that's bad right). The reason why, is because sadly, I am easily discouraged when I do not see results quickly I tend to give up. Well, I am happy to report that I am 10 pounds lighter. I have no idea how many inches I have lost but what I can tell you is this, my stomach and waist are noticably smaller and I can fit into my size 12 jeans quite comfortably - something I have not been able to accomplish in over a year now. I did not think that my hips and thighs had shrunk until I tried the jeans on yesterday. I bought these jeans at a size 12, knowing I wasn't a size 12, and was squeezing into them on a regular basis wearing long T shirts to cover up the fact that I couldn't even button the things - go figure! Don't know why I did that. Anyhow, I am pleased to say that I sleep better, can now do the 3 extra sniffs with ease, and don't feel stuffed into my pants anymore. I just wanted to let everyone know that I have seen results and am glad that I have something that I can do right in the comfort of my own home. So anyway hello everyone, I hope to stay active on the board and will support any of you in anyway I can!!!

Congratulations, Jada. I've been doing Oxycise for
3 weeks and have lost 1/2 inch off my waist. This is just doing breathing in my car 5 days/wk. Which videos do you do? I've ordered all of them.

You have inspired me. I glad you posted and stopped lurking Smile

Kathy,

I have only been doing level 1. I stopped eating so many sweets and have been trying to drink a lot more water. I haven't done so well with that lately. I just did my O! yesterday after being off for a whole week. my muscles are so sore. am i the only one who experiences this? It seems like I can always "feel" my muscles, even after having done O! for a whole month!!!!
