I don't think there is a solid answer for that? I have not missed a day of O, since I started a month ago, and have lost 7 inches, but have not changed my diet. I think if I did a diet change I would lose faster. So I think it would soley depend on the individual. After listening to the introduction tape, I felt like I would notice a considerable difference (as many of those people talked about numerous inches of loss in the first 2 weeks). I am not dissappointed by any means. I (and my husband ) can really tell the difference in tone. For the first time in my life of exercising - I feel like "this one" is something I will do for a long time. It is as good for my inside as it is out. I will keep up the slow but steady pace.
Just to add one more thing. This is my first week of doing O! L1 twice in a row (waiting for L2 and B&T to arrive), instead of my walk. I have always gone for a walk right after, so just doing a little evaluation of my own as to which will show the best results. I'll let you know! One of the threads somewhere, someone asked if it was best to do 2 in a row or spread them out over the day? I would have to say for me, if I don't just do 2 right away, something else will come along by the time my kids are out of school and home - and I would not always get my 2nd one in! I say go for it right away Have a blessed day!
Hi, Thank you very much. I really liked the advice provided. I was doing it about 2 times a day, but didnt see results. it was kind of hard. I dont know why. Glad it is working for you!
