Hi, Phyllis here from South Florida. I've been doing O for 6 days now and I LOVE it. I have an old level 1 tape that I bought years ago but I seem to have lost the book.
I walk 1 to 2 miles each day and pretty much watch my portions and type of foods I eat...except of course for an occasional splurge with a couple glasses of wine! Having lost 1.5 lbs and 1" off my waist this week I am very encouraged.(I have only my waist measurement to go by) I need to lose at least 30 or more lbs, so a long way to go. I plan to do O everyday in the late afternoon as it seems to give me a needed energy boost. We retired last year, we owned a small office supply business and doing a lot of traveling so this is a routine I can do anywhere we are......I LOVE IT! Phyllis |
