I would like to introduce my self. I used to do oxycise 2 years ago and have gained 35 pounds since I moved to Florida. I really need support and help to get started and to stay geared up

Thankyou all for encouraging me to keep on trying. It has been hard for me to focus on much of anything since I moved to Florida. New place, new job, new husband etc. I guess my anxiety has helped me put on so many pounds. I can't hardly get on my works clothes (scrubs). I can't afford new ones and I am miserable. I have been doing the tape in the car and I have to admit I do feel a little more motivated. I get home late every night and I don't have time to do a regular tape so I figured I will so the commuter tape and on the weekend I will do the video. Again, thankyou.

I live in North Florida and welcome you to O! I am back after a year "off and Up" also. I look forward to rising a bit earlier every morning for my O! time. No need to really dress, just get started. Remember we have the weather on our side, not like many on this website to are unable to go outside for any additional exercise. I walk 4 miles almost every day! Even in February! Remember it takes about 6 weeks to really see any difference..but do the tapes, I find that the communter routine alone just doen't get the total job done. Carol |
