Hi!
I am not new to O! I have been doing it on and off for several yrs, but realized I could use some friends that believe in this, ( unlike my friends that think I'm bonkers).
I have about a 105lbs to lose and need to do this consistently.
I have been doing lvl 2 for about 2wks and am thinking about ordering lvl 3, is it much different than the others?

Hi Mandy...welcome to the message board! Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day. You'll find lots of support and encouragement there!

L3 has some great positions in it. I have all the regular O! tapes (as opposed to the EDI) and "pick and choose" the positions I do each day to form my own workout each day.
