Question:
I've had the beginners tapes and used them with some adjustments (bad back). Now since then I have had two rounds with open heart surgery, since Nov. 2002. It's a long story, so I won't bore you with details. I'm just happy to beable to feel progress and daily , my strength is returnig.

I am 67 years old, married to the same wonderful man for 47 years, we have two sons and four super grandchildren. We've lived in NW Arkansas, since my husbands retirement. Love it here.

My main question is Confused I feel as if I'm ready to extend my exercise a bit more. Any advice? Confusedrraber@cox-internet.com I'm sure that my doctor will be sending me to Cardiac ReHab soon, but I'd like to get a head start. What do you think?

Thanks for all the wonderful help you have given people. Ramona

Choices:
What do you suggest for a recovering heart patient?

Hi Mona...welcome to Oxycise. I'm not quite sure what your poll question is, as there's only one choice...but as for recommending what to do, I'd really have to say that's up to your doctor. I, personally don't feel qualified to give you advice on that matter. Sure hope your rehab goes well!
