Hi Everyone-
I hope some of you remember me (I know Kelly does! I've had a very difficult 7 months; I lost my husband on June 30th of esophageal cancer; my children are ages 15, 11, and 5, but are doing remarkably well; I have a wonderful support system and don't know what I'd do without my faith, family and friends. In my grief and turmoil, I've admittedly let myself go--I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and need something to help--I remember feeling my best using several different aerobic breathing methods, but always seem to gravitate towards Oxycise. I like Jill, (and have spoken to her several times on QVC), it's easy and effective, and the support here is nice; I feel very 'at home'. I'm volunteering for my Church, and have made my profession into a Catholic lay community, all of which have been real blessings in my life; And as mentioned, the children are thriving, but I feel like it's time for me to start concentrating on improving my health, appearance and energy level, and this is a great way to go. It's nice to be busy, but I have take myself wherever I go! In fact, I need to order a few more tapes, and are on my way to do that now. Looking forwad to getting back in the game and please keep me and my children in your prayers. Love, Helene |

Welcome back Helene,
So very sorry that you lost your husband but happy you and the children are adjusting. I do understand as my first husband died at age 28 and I had 2 children ages 2 and 5. It was the hardest period of my life. This was over 30 yrs. ago and I can think of him and our life and smile now. I see him in our children and grandchildren. I am married 20 yrs. to a wonderful man and feel blessed to have found him. You will get lots of support here and you are turning a corner in wanting to start taking care of yourself again....Stay strong and if you ever need to talk, I'm here and will send you my e-mail...just let me know. Best Wishes, Phyl |

Thanks for introducing yourself, Helene. It sounds like you have your hands full, but I'm glad also that you are all adjusting.
I like your comment that you take yourself wherever you go. That's a nice way to say it! I was enjoying taking myself more, before I gained back some of those stubborn pounds that I lost a few years ago. I would like to get rid of them again, so I could feel like that again!!! Anyway, I'm glad you found our little corner of the web, and hope you have wonderful success again with Oxycise! |
