I just had a hysterectomy about 5 weeks ago and have not been able to exercise. I feel as though I am gaining weight even though we left ovaries in tact. Once I am able to exercise again, I want to start oxycise once more. Haven't had a lot of success in the past but then again, haven't kept at it for long either. Any suggestions.

Hi Cecelia,
The key to getting great results With Oxycise! is to use real intensity in both your breathing and in doing the body positions. Oxycise! is a great workout and you should feel like your body is working hard while doing it and afterwards. Your muscles need to work as you flex and contract your muscles in every position. The isotonic and isometric exercises combined with the Oxycise! breathing result in an increased metabolism and burn fat. Do Oxycise! with lots of gusto and make sure you're working your muscles. If you're doing the correct breathing, without any other part of the exercise, you should feel your abs contracting and your stomach can't help but flatten as you breathe powerfully. We have received so many letters from Oxycise! users who believe it has helped with their recovery from surgery. Click here to read through some of them http://www.oxycise.com/Success...surgery_recovery.htm. Don't push yourself as you are starting out - allow your body to gradually adjust to the different stretching positions. I wish you great success with Oxycise! and hope to see your success story in the future! Kirstine Oxycise! Staff |
