I am new to oxycise and hoping this will do the trick for me as I have 50 pounds to lose and I really really really hope it works. Do you do any other exercise besides oxycising?

Welcome! Nice to meet you. All I know is, it's working for me. It's not a quick fix, it takes a little daily time and the faith to be committed. These boards have been what really keeps me going. It's a support group without having to leave the house, and our O! friends are very supportive! I personally don't do any other exercise, but I know a lot of others do. Anyway, good luck, and hope to see more of you!

Hi Saniya....welcome to Oxycise and the message board!
I've used other forms of exercise some, but the first year I did Oxycise (in which I had the best results and lost the most weight) I was only doing Oxycise. This is a great place for encouragement and support. Hope to see you around on the board! Kelly |

Welcome to Oxycise! I don't do any other exercise. I have been doing it 2 times a day most days. I was on a plateau so I started doing it twice a day to help kick me off & it did! You can read my 6 month report I just wrote on Sunday. Come join us on the daily broads. The more the merrier! Ellen |
