I saw an add in a local paper. regarding an Oxycise video for seniors. Does anyone know if this video is different than the one we all seem to be discussing. I am one of those seniors and I don't find it difficult to do the positions in the non-senior video, however, still not losing weight. Have not measured prior to this past Wed., so I am looking forward to measuring day to see if I have results to report. 8 weeks and no weight loss yet. But, I am hanging in there hoping for the tide to turn.

I think the video the ad is referring to is the "Easy-Does-It" series that Jill has. I haven't seen them, but understand that they are a little slower and some positions are easier, but still very effective. I'm glad you keep doing Oxy! Susanna

I saw the ad for the Seniors Video in a local paper and it's what introduced me to Oxycise. I hadn't been able to keep up with other videos and needed an alternative. I checked out the website and started with the Easy Does It Videos. I'm currently doing the regular Level 1 and have just ordered Level 2 and the Upper Body Workout. This is the only exercise videos I have ever done consistently. I have lost a total of 43#--doing Weight Watchers, too. I'm also down 2 sizes and up in energy and endurance. Oxycise works!
Hi! I've been doing Oxycise since mid-May. Do it almost daily with an occasional skip. I'm at week 23 for Weight Watchers--and down 43#. I've done Weight Watchers in the past without the Oxycise and have had far better results this time. It's not just the weight loss though. I have more energy and the sciatica I used to have has disappeared. I also feel much more in control of my appetite. Plan to keep on the program!
You are just doing an awesome job! I can hardly believe you've lost so much so quickly! I have more energy, too, and my knee pain has virtually disappeared. I feel more in control of my appetite...most of the time. Once in a while I'll have day when I just want to munch all day long. I had one of those this last Sunday. My family all got to go to fellowship meeting, and I just had to stay home and keep my foot elevated...and it just affected me like that. I'm glad though that now I'm more content to munch on fruit or carrot sticks! I love almonds, and used to munch on them and chocolate chips...
I'm so glad you started posting, and hope you will keep us updated on your progress!

Hi Bailey: I don't log in too often but saw your message today. I am a senior citizen also and have been Oxycising for almost two years. I have had a lot of medical problems and joint problems and Oycise has helped me a lot. I havn't lost a whole lot of weight(I have a very low metabolisim) But it has certainly kept me from gaining anymore. HOwever I have lost some and because of the other benefits of this program it is really worth continuing on with it. Also my legs and arms are a lot stonger. I have 23 grandchildren so I need energy and strength to keep up with them. So anybody else out there that is discouraged I sure hope you don't give up.(This is only the second time I have done this so I hope I did it righ.) Ruth
