I am on day 2 of level 1. The reason I am doing Oxycise is b/c I needed a gentle but effective form of exercise during pregnancy (I am at 31 weeks). So far I feel great! And the baby really moves around a lot when I O! so I guess he's getting the oxygen he needs too My current goals are to increase muscle tone, increase my energy, and feel good through the rest of my pgcy.
