Hello all,

I am new to Oxycise! So far, I have 2 days under my belt and will add day three today.
I am trying to navigate my way around these message boards.
I have signed up for the November challenge, but am a bit confused where to report daily or weekly info.
I currently weigh 229.5 pounds and my goal weight is 124 pounds. I know that I will get there one day.
I am not sure what to expect doing oxycise!
I want to achieve the greatest results. I would be grateful if anyone would let me know how much O! to do to start seeing serious results? How many times in one day? How many days a week?
I am very excited- I have ordered many O! tapes and have the commuter routine(which I have started off with for the past 2 days).

I have read many success stories, but I would like some info from current oxycise users.

Well Hi gurlfrend! I am also new so I can't give you much input but to tell you "way to go". I have been only doing this for 10 days, but what a difference! I am feeling so good that now I want to modify my eating to include lots of fresh fruits and veggies...I feel healthier already!

Wish you lots of success! I signed up for the challenge as well. These chat rooms are great!

I have to go back out to look at where you post daily workouts, but there is one - just check for the latest dates for posting. It's called Daily something...lol

Well, have a great day and good luck!

Gurlfrend welcome welcome welcome! You are on the road to health and a new beginning now.

I am doing weight watchers with my Oxycise. I have been trying to do one commuter daily as I have to deliver reports and am in the car three hours daily anyway and then one routinewith positions in it daily too. I started squeezing in two a day and getting tremendous results actually as a fluke because I was trying to catch up on my October challenge but i so liked the results so much that I really want to try to do two a day everyday if I can.

I started weight watchers July 24 again along with my O and I have only lost 12 pounds but I have lost 12% of my body fat and my hydration level has gone up 15%. The only other exercise I do is walk 6 miles on the weekend with the dogs. Other than that O is it for me.

So just start counting calories or something. Most people on here find if they account on paper for everything that goes into their mouth daily and put a calorie value with it seems to work.

Good luck. Any help you need, just give a yell one of us will usually answer.

Thank you,Lin!

I have been counting calories for a while now, so I'm getting the hang of it. I am also walking 3-4 times a week on my treadmill. I am hoping that Oxycise will give me that extra boost that I have been looking for.I have read many times that deep breathing is a fantastic thing to do.
Thank you for your support!
