Hi, not sure where to start. I purchased the Easy Does it video this Spring, tried it a few days but just had a hard time staying with it. For once in my life I want to succeed in just doing this for me. My whole life I have been out of proportion with my height, if I was only 10 feet tall. Just been reading all of the entries from everyone else. I have a great deal of weight to lose over 100 lbs. but I plan on taking it just one day at a time. I just wanted to let you know I did do all of video one this morning and I am going to make a committment to do it every morning. It's all about that first step. Thanks for listening. All of you are great.

It sounds like you have the right attitude. I always find it best to take things one day at a time. I also set small goals for myself so I can be encouraged as I achieve them. I wish you well and encourage you to join us posting in the D2L (determined to lose) O!Pals thread each day. It's a great group that really encourages each other! Kelly |
