Hello everyone,
I just started doing O a week ago and got in 4.5 sessions...2 on the road since my commute is so long. So for the fun of it I measured this morning after a week and discoverd I'd lost 2.5 inches. Very, very cool.
I've already lost 41 lbs from my top weight of 278 lbs since 9/2002. I basicly decided it was time to face the piper since I want the second half of my life to be the BEST! And it has since turning 40. So I changed my eating habits, doing the Vegan thing as I call it. My body loves it. I'm going to explore eating raw foods next month...there's a support group out here that involved detoxing the body during a three week gradual cleanse.
So now after losing this weight, which is about 1/3 of the way, a friend told me about Oxycise which seemed like the way to go for toning, strengthening, removing cellulite and that dreaded apron over my abdomen! I've bought all the tapes and plan on using all of them to bring variety in.
I look forward to checking in regularly.
Best regards!

Hello Lynn! Welcome! I'm sure you'll love O! I started O! over a year ago and wasn't quite doing it consistently, but before the new year I figured that I would do it regularly and I also decided to become a vegetarian. I haven't lost a ton of weight yet, but I know I have gained quite a bit in muscle. My problem is eating carbs, but I'm getting better at it! Big Grin I hope to see you around the board! Smile

Welcome to Oxycise Lynn! I've been Oing consistently for almost 2 years and I still love the way it makes me feel. I've always been pleased with the toning it has provided. I lost about 40 pounds the first year I did it, but have let my eating get out of control again in the past year.
I am a vegetarian (tho I still eat eggs and dairy products).

I hope you have great success with Oxycise and look forward to seeing you around the board.

I really appreciate your welcoming comments. I should have also shared that the first week I began doing Oxycise was one of the most stressful I've ever experienced work-wise. And I believe Oxycise helped me get through it. Like working 10 hours without a break...but doing the communter routine was a Godsend.

If anyone has any tips on toning the skin (like dry skin brushing or using certain natural oils to tighten the skin) I would really appreciate hearing about it.

Thanks!
