I live Queensland Australia and found some brand new but ancient Oxycise videos and the book at a garage sale. I thought why not for $10?

That was Saturday I have done 6 Level 1 sessions and can feel and see the difference already. My spare tyre is reducing daily!!! I have never done any fitness systems that have worked this fast.

Just want to keep going and see how well I can do.

This find is a really lucky one for me as I have some health problems that indicate I really need to do something fast and Oxycise is certainly going to help.

Lucky for you that you found the tapes. I've been doing O! for about 4 years and love it. I have stopped a few times but always come back because it works and I feel so good when I spend 15 to 20 minutes a day doing the routine. Good luck to you, and welcome
