I mistankenly posted this in the general discussion forum...then I realized there is a special place for introductions!
Hello, everyone. I am not actually 'new' to Oxycise, but have never posted to the forums before. This is my second go with the program, as I bought it a year ago this month, tried it for a couple of weeks and then abandoned it because I was hoping to see 'results' and couldn't measure inch loss right away . I went searching for other options and found a different program that provided more noticeable results but fizzled with that after about 4 months due to winter setting in and feeling exhausted all the time. As I have been struggling to get back into the intensive routine, I suddenly remembered my Oxycise dvds that I had stashed so long ago--after re-reading the book and re-learning the breathing technique, I think I am ready to commit to doing a daily routine at level 1. Interestingly, after just the two days I have practiced my breathing, my energy has suddenly increased, and I slept better than I normally do. That right there is enough motivation for me to give this program a fair trial this time. Maybe it will even help restore my ability to do the more vigorous program I was following before. |
