Hi everyone!

Here I go again, ready to give Oxycise a chance again. Of course it would help it I would stick with it! I really need to lower my blood pressure so I really want to do this..wish me good luck!

Welcome, Hopie! It took me a while to get to where I could stick with it- I would stop for a while then start again. Now I have a good firm habit. You can do it, it's worth it!
