Hi! I've started oxycise this Monday.I have done it every day since then. I need help to stay on track to make this a lifetime commitment. I've got a lot of weight and inches to lose. I'm wondering if I can really lose it all just by oxycising. Is 15 minutes a day all I Really need to achieve my results?need help!

Hi Gurlfriend. Welcome to the O! board. Lots of us have success with 15 minutes a day and others need a little more. Lately I have been doing two O! tapes a day and love it. Stay faithful to yourself and the sky is the limit. Like Kelly says...see us on the D2L thread.
