Hi everyone! I am Vicky. I am ready to be skinny! I sure could use some advice and the truth about this Oxycise. I am willing to do it. I just think I'd like to hear from somone who has done it. I weigh 173, 5'4" short. Please help!!!!!!!

Go to our Daily postings board (D2L - Determined to lose). Read some of our postings of all the everyday posters. It really does work and you will feel so much better. The exercises on the videos remind of of a combination of yoga and pilates type exercises. Go to Kelly's success page on page 17 - She is for real and is one of our biggest supporters on our D2L board. We have all made a tremendous amount of friends here and we all check in and help each other out. If you can dedicate yourself to a lifetime of healthy proper choice eating and (or else just count 1400 calories a day) like Kelly does and 15-20 minutes of Oxycise per day minimum (you can do more), you won't believe how it will change your life, your looks, your emotional feelings etc etc. Afterall it is only good old fashioned Breathing! You have to breathe to life, you may as well do it the right way to lose weight then too huh! Need any help please feel free to look me up! Lin |
