Hi everyone. I just joined the forum, though I've been lurking here for a few days. I finally decided to introduce myself.

My name is Larry. I'm a soldier in the US Army. Like many people, I'm battling a thyroid condition (hypothyrodism). Like most of the people in the country, I'm also battling against my ever-expanding waistline.

I've got about 25 lbs to lose overall, and definately a lot of inches around the belly. I do physical exercise every day (running, pushups, situps, etc.), but if I don't watch what I eat, I don't make any progress on my weight.

I came across Oxycise years ago, and even ordered the videotapes and the book, but I never used them. I've been getting the Oxycise newsletter in my email ever since then, though, and recently I decided to give it another chance...after all, it couldn't hurt. I didn't have the tapes anymore (besides, I don't own a VCR anymore either!), so I ordered the DVD set off the website. I got them in the mail on Friday.

Yesterday I practiced just doing the breath properly, and today I actually did the Level 1 workout (it'll take a while to get my coordination up to snuff. Wink )

My plan is to do Oxycise at least once a day, before my regular army PT in the morning. I also plan on sneaking in the Oxybreaths throughout the day.

I measured and weighed myself today, and plan on doing that every week, to see how my progress goes.
