Hi everyone,
I just got my DVDs in the mail last night and have been practicing the breathing. I have been trying to see where I can do it, so I have been doing it in the shower, and as I sit at the computer. :-) I can feel the abs tighten already. I am at about 140 and I need to lose 15 pounds. I have lost some weight with slim fast but I cannot keep that up forever. I have to have my food. heehee. So I wanted to try this since this is something that can last without changing much of my lifestyle. So here is to getting on the road to lose those last 15. Hope to get to know you all. Danielle |
