Hello everyone,
I started to oxycise last june, and was into it for a couple of weeks, and then was in a really bad auto accident. It took me 3 months to heal, and after that I just couldn't get back on track. I read the smiles of success for a week now, and got back on O! couple of days back. I am amazed by the support system you have here, and hope to get some. I am currently 5'8" and 185 lbs, wear size 16 and my goal is 170 lbs size 14. Ultimate goal is 150 lbs size 10. I already notice a difference in my energy level. Is it normal to feel a little lightheaded for couple of seconds after the routine? thanks for all the support! Lavanya |

I am sure O'ing will be a big help on the full road to your recovery. It seems to do so much for our systems.
Take it slow and easy, your goals sound good too a little at a time. Good Luck hope to see u back on the board |

I'm glad you're recovered.
I've only been doing O for a little over a week myself, but I've noticed I'm sometimes a little lightheaded at the end of a routine too. Nothing too alarming though. Maybe it gets better with time. EmBe |

It's good to see you back. I'm sorry you've had such a rough time of it. Hopefully Oxycise will get you back into the swing of things.
Just be sure to keep your inhales equal to your exhales. That should clear up the light-headedness. Kelly |

Hi Lavanya!! Hope you are feeling alot better after going through something so hard. Good to know that you are okay. Just wanted to let you know that when I first started Oing, I was constantly getting lightheaded and would have to sit down after a couple of reps. Now that I've been doing it while, couple of months, I don't seem to get dizzy anymore, unless I push myself too hard. Maybe it's from mastering the techniques, or maybe it's from just finally giving my body the oxygen it needs!!! Look forward to talking with ya!!

Thank you friends, for the warm welcome.
I think it's better if I post in the 'Daily Accountability' section, since I've introduced myself here. Hoping to see you all there -i've posted my thoughts for my past couple of days over there. Lavanya |

Hi Lavanya! I'm really sorry to hear about your accident. How are you managing now?
I used to get lightheaded too after oxycising. I still do sometimes but now like before. I think it gets better (either that or I'm just used to it now). I think those are good goals. Oxycise has helped me definitely although I don't do it exclusively because I don't want to get bored so, each day, I just do whatever I feel like doing. Sometimes its 2 or 3 Oxycise videos and some days, I don't do it at all. Since I'm not doing just oxycise, I don't know exactly what improvements in my body are due to oxycise and what is been helped mainly by something else, but I do really like how it seems to be the one that good rid of my double chin and has made my arms more muscular (although the fat is still hanging from them). Good luck! Caroline |
