Well I don't know how long I've had these tapes(years), but I want to get back to using them again. Trust me, when I got my tapes Jill didn't have all those other tapes, and the commuter tape was brand new.

Not entirely sure why I kept stopping, some was lack of motivation, and some was uncertainy that I was doing the excersise correctly as I was always ending up very sore in my neck a few days after restarting.

But now I'm a diabetic, could be considered borderline if I can get it under control. So now more than ever I need to get back to doing them.

So maybe now if I end up with lots of friendly people on my case, I'll not forget... I hope.

Hi Macey!

Welcome from me, too! Please do join us on the daily thread. We'll be good to you!

It takes some of us a little while to really get everything right, on the breathing, but with practice and after reading Julie's breathing tips and other helpful advice on the board, it becomes easier. You will be able to take deeper breathes and squeeze everything much tighter after just a few months. Julie's tips are at the top of this board, under Newsletters and Announcements. She has lots of good advice in that section, and in the Questions for Julie or Jill at the bottom of the board.

Wishing you wonderful results!

Thanks I'll look in on the tips. The first time I tried Oxyxise I had no trouble with pain, but when I restarted I kept feeling pain in my neck Frown.

SmileWelcome from me too.

If your neck hurts while doing O!, try to relax your shoulders like Jill says and concentrate on the abs. I had the same problem until I learned to relax the shoulders. Good luck

Come and join us on the D2L thread. There is always lots of encouragement there. Razz
