Hi! I'm brand new to oxycise. I'm excited but a little nervous too. I am trying to understand how to do this from the book as I have not recieved my dvd yet. I have to do the easy level due to arthritis and disk problems. Is anyone else doing that dvd and how has it worked for you.

Welcome to the board! I just have the book and the commuter tape, so I can't really answer your question. I know that you can learn all that you need to from the book though, because I did. I wish you wonderful results!!!

O! is the only form of exercise I use. That combined with sensible eating has provided wonderful results.
