Hi! I'm just starting Oxycise and decided to introduce myself. For years I've done aerobics, walking, weights, you name it, I've done it! I just got tired of hours of sweating and hurting my knees with no results. So now I'm giving Oxycise a shot.
I have about 30-35 pounds to lose. My problem is that I love food. I don't eat much junk food, but I do love to eat and cook! I'm feeling really down today because I had a cousin come and stay with me for the weekend that is skinny and all she does is complain about how fat she is. She was going on and on how for her height she could weigh up to 140 pounds and if she weighed that much she would be a "tub". Meanwhile, I'm four inches shorter than her and weigh 160! So needless to say I'm feeling really down on myself. Starting tomorrow I'm planning on Oxycising everyday no matter what! I'm hoping to see some results with this program. Tracy |

Welcome, Tracy! I'm glad you decided to try Oxycise!. It really is a great program! I love to eat, too...but I've found with portion control I can still eat everything I enjoy, just in smaller portions. That way I don't have to feel deprived.
If you'll just really try to eat in moderation and combine it with O!, I think you'll have great results! You have my sympathy about your cousin.... I've know too many folks like that who really have no idea how insulting their comments are to others. btw.... you can check out my results on page 17 of the "smiles of success". |

Kelly your such an inspiration! You look great! I hope one day I will have the same type of results! Your right about portion control. I've been on way to many diets and just feel deprived. So I will be watching my portions. Tracy |
