I haven't started Oxycise yet. So far I have taken the plastic wrap off the introductory DVD. I am so fat and so afraid of failing (I weigh about 312 and need to weigh no more than 140 pounds according to the charts as I am 5' 4"). Can this really be the answer?

Thanks,
Shari

Hi Shari! Welcome to Oxycise! and the message board. You've already started in the right direction (taking the wrapper off your DVD and coming here for support!!). This is a great group where you'll get LOTS of encouragement.

Oxycise! is a wonderful program that really does work. I do believe you need to eat properly (for me it was changing my portion sizes), but this is the only exercise I do and I've lost lots of weight and inches.

You can read my success story on page 17 of the Smiles of Success. Also I have an update in a thread called "Goals for 2006" in the Goals section of the message board.

Please come post with us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day. It a great place to stay accountable and get encouragement.

Good luck!!

Shari-

Take one day at a time. You will be amazed how this program works. I'm on my second week and I am wearing pants that I couldn't wear two weeks ago. The first step is to measure yourself, because the inches peel off faster than the pounds. Good Luck and keep us all updated.
