Hi everyone! I am 27 and needing to shed a few pounds and tone up... okay maybe more than a few, more like 45. Anyway I just recieved my L1 & L2 tapes and just started today. The program seems interesting and felt good but I am curious about what kind of results people see with this program. Has anyone out there had some success they would care to share to motivate me? I am anxious to hear about other's results. Wishing you all success with your healthful endevors, Jolene.

Welcome, Jolene! It's good to hear that you've already gotten started. I've been using Oxycise! consistently for more than 4 years. I've noticed I have the best results when I watch what I eat. I got carried away for awhile there with my eating, but started being careful again last January. Since then I've lost 44 pounds!

Welcome to the board! I lost 68 pounds in one year, with Oxycise and the Change One plan from Reader's Digest. You can do it too! I hope you have wonderful results! |

I began Oxycise at the age of 39 with more than 100 pounds to lose. I quit Oxicising for about 6 months and began eating more unhealthy choices again and gained back about 10 pounds. I'm sure it would've been much more if Oxicising hadn't changed my set point to some degree. Turns out, though, you actually have to do Oxycise for it to work. Anyway, I'm getting back on track again, and pregnant, and I'm quite sure that Oxycise will help me to maintain a reasonable weight gain. I really hope you'll enjoy Oxycise.
