I first purchased and started O! after my first son was born 4 years ago. During maternity leave I was faithful to O! but got busy and forgot about it. 10 months ago I had another baby boy and I am now 40 lbs overweight (real hard for this gal who weighed 112 before getting pregnant with the first) and 36 years old. I am starting O! again and WILL BE consistent with it!! It worked great after the birth of my first son, just don't know why I wasted my money on all of those "other" programs when I had O! on my shelf the whole time.
I look forward to checking in to this chat often and hope to gain accountability from you all and hope to help others with their O! goals.
Just a question - do you find that doing O! more than once a day is helpful? Also, I only have the level 1 tape, when should I purchase the next set?

Hi Kristie! Welcome to the message board.

It sounds like you already know how good Oxycise is. Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day for accountability. You'll find a really supportive, encouraging group there.

There's no need to hurry into another tape unless you are just bored with doing the same one all the time. It's a personal preference thing. Same with doing more than one workout a day. I've always done well just to get one a day in! (6 days a week) I admire those who do two (or more) a day, but my goal is just to do one.

Welcome Kristie! You already have experience with doing level 1, so you could move on any time you want, although it's not necessary. One thing I like about levels 3 and above is that Jill looks updated and different, hair, makeup, etc. I know that doesn't matter! It's just a personal preference. Plus I like the variety of doing different workouts.
I almost always do at least one tape a day, 6 days a week, but if I can do more than 1 a day, I feel stronger and more energetic.

Congratulations on your baby! They are such a blessing (most of the time!)
