Hi Kristie! Welcome to the message board.
It sounds like you already know how good Oxycise is. Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day for accountability. You'll find a really supportive, encouraging group there. There's no need to hurry into another tape unless you are just bored with doing the same one all the time. It's a personal preference thing. Same with doing more than one workout a day. I've always done well just to get one a day in! (6 days a week) I admire those who do two (or more) a day, but my goal is just to do one. Hope to see you around on the board! |

Welcome Kristie! You already have experience with doing level 1, so you could move on any time you want, although it's not necessary. One thing I like about levels 3 and above is that Jill looks updated and different, hair, makeup, etc. I know that doesn't matter! It's just a personal preference. Plus I like the variety of doing different workouts.
I almost always do at least one tape a day, 6 days a week, but if I can do more than 1 a day, I feel stronger and more energetic. Congratulations on your baby! They are such a blessing (most of the time!) Jennifer |
