I am so excited. I ordered my video and book a couple of days ago, and have been trying to practice breathing! Even though I've been breathing for 59 years and I have only gotten bigger! *LOL*

Thank you all for such a warm welcome!! I am still waiting for my tapes. I hope they come soon!!! I have read everything I can find on how to do the breathing, and I'm trying to practice. Maybe they'll come Monday.

I ordered my videos on the 5th of Oct, so anxious to get them. Called today and they were shipped on the 12th... so maybe in a couple of days I'll get them and be able to get started! (They had computer problems, which is why my tapes weren't shipped out sooner.)

Hehe. Welcome! Even though I've been a member for some time, I too am starting to oxycise! Mind me I only have the Level one workout though. I tried the breathing so far and I just feel better then when I was with bodyflex!
I guess that's a good thing!  |
