I guess I should tell you all about myself. I'm a stay-at-home mom with five children, dd,18 and off to college, ds,14 with sparkly green eyes, ds,10 who tells me he loves me every day, and ds & ds (twins)5 who we call "Search and Destroy" because they do. Needless to say, I am very fatigued and hoping Oxycise will help. I started on Monday and so far feel great! I turn the big 4! 0! next month and feel like I need to start taking care of me (along with everyone else, still) lol. I have been trying to get the same 50 lbs off for the last 20 years. I've tried everything over the years and have been able to get down (10 years ago) to 157 lbs, but can never seem to change my shape and size, I may get down to a size 16 or a tight 14, but alway seem to stay the same size! I'm hoping that Oxycise will help me lose inches. In the last year I have lost 20 lbs, yo-yoing most of the time. As of Monday, when I started O!, I am 183 lbs. I'm ready to stop yo-yoing and do it right this time. Wish me luck! Fatigued

Hi fatigued! I am also a mother of 5, 4 boys 1 girl! Mine are ranging in ages from 15-17 months! So I am busy as well. I was doing really well last summer with my "new eating habits." I dont like the word diet, because diets dont work, and if you take off the T, you end up with the word DIE! That is not something I like.
I was a runner last summer, I was running 3 miles a day and I felt incredible. I was eating healthy, I felt great, and I had tons of energy, then I got a part time job, to help with finances at home. I work part time nights and weekends, and I just stopped working out. I have since gained back 15 pounds I lost, I am tired ALL OF THE TIME, and I cannot even imagine trying to work out again. But I know I have to. It is something that I need for myself, but I just dont have the motivation or inspiration to get started. I am hoping this website will help me, I am hoping to meet some people in my situation that can give me some inspiration to get moving! What have you started doing? Are you in the same boat as I am? I am 5' 6" and I weigh 145 pounds, I am looking really saggy! I have cellulite on my hips, thighs and butt! It seems that all my weight has gone straight to my bottome half. I sit and think about how I need to get started for myself, but I just dont have it in my to do that, HELP!!!!!!!! Thanks for listening, and I wish you all the luck. I know it can be done, it can be achieved. Bretta |

I think you will find lots of support and encouragement from others on this message board. Have you started Oxycising yet? It's a great program that helps in far more ways than just losing pounds and inches. I think you'll find that it increases your energy level.
Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread and get to know us! Kelly |
